Much like a few of the people that have posted other reviews I too have never tried acupuncture. I'm terrified of needles, I hate needles, and the mere sight of them makes me break out into a cold sweat. All of those anxieties go away once you have the chance to sit and talk to Eva before your appointment. The space is very inviting and the experience is wonderful. I was having some skin issues as well as chronic lower back pain. As a matter of fact when I first came to visit I could barely bend down to take my shoes off. After about 4 visits not only was my back pain greatly diminished but my skin had cleared up as well. Being somewhat of a skeptic I made an appointment with my doctor as well. They wanted to pump me full of drugs and suggested surgery for my back. Thank God I came to visit Eva. Now I visit once a month or so to make sure my back stays on track.

Eva changed my life! I was having issues with anxiety-- my heart at times felt like it was gonna pop out of my chest, and I wasn't sleeping well (lots of tossing and turning and waking up at night). It was very hard to concentrate at work, not to mention uncomfortable and freaky. I had never tried acupuncture before because I was scared to, but I knew I had to do something to address this problem. I saw Eva for a treatment and was amazed at how quickly she was able to calm my heart rate down. That sense of peace lasted with me for days, and I was able to focus on what I needed to do and go about it happily. I also slept through the night for the first time in months! I really couldn't believe how well it worked, and it really did not hurt (and I'm a total weenie!). Just knowing that I can see Eva for a treatment and that I will feel better if that anxiety comes back is a huge comfort to me. Eva is a great listener and really knows how to target what your body needs. She is extremely skilled and knowledgable, and I HIGHLY recommend her.

I chose to visit Eva due to some phantom chronic pain, exhaustion, and odd symptoms.  I wasn't making any progress with my doctor and was frustrated in my situation.

Eva is very thorough, she has a kind and low key demeanor, which is perfect if you are feeling ill. After visiting her for about 2 months, I am so elated to nearly feel normal again.  The atmosphere is professional and calming, much better than the countless doctor's offices I had been sitting in. Of course, the needles are what everyone wants to know about: they are very small and expertly applied with the utmost consideration given to your comfort.

I hereby join the ranks of the fan club, go see her without delay!
